Wanting that little bit of extra guidance to make sure settling for sleep is going as smoothly as possible? This little add on might be just the solution for you.
To support you feeling more comfortable with the settling method chosen for your child, I am offering to be with you during settling time (via video call or in your own home), guiding you step by step through the process!
That way I can support you through the different stages of how to implement the technique as intended, without the emotional bond you have with your child, able to give neutral advice on how to teach your child more independent sleep.
Includes:
